Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 1 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via our own courier with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by your selected courier please let us know beforehand. so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Delivery on Java island will be FREE but outside of Java island there will be additional shipping which usually include wooden palet. Our boxes and packaging are generally very safe with double layer protection so it will give an extra layer of safety.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
